I am able to watch the videos on my phone (Samsung Galaxy S7) but I am not able to watch them on either my laptop or desktop. I've signed out of all devices and just signed in to one device, then tried to view the videos, but when I select a video, it goes to the video page, then only a rectangle with the "play" button and time shows up on the top left corner and no video plays.
